Holly qualified as a solicitor in March 2018 and joined Storrar Cowdry from another Chester firm in August 2022. Holly is experienced in representing parents, grandparents and wider family members in private law, children disputes including Child Arrangements Orders, Specific Issue Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, Parental Responsibility and Special Guardianship Orders. Holly also has vast experience in matters relating to domestic abuse.

Holly’s  work includes:

• Disputes about arrangements for children
• Divorce and Judicial Separation
• Negotiated financial settlements on divorce/separation
• Financial proceedings
• Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements
• Domestic abuse

Holly graduated with a 1st Class Law Degree and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Chester, achieving a Distinction.

Holly is a member of Resolution which is a professional body for family lawyers that promotes a constructive, compassionate, and conciliatory approach to family issues.
