27 November, 2019
On 15th November 2019 The Neuro Therapy Centre won an award in the ‘Outstanding Trustees’ category at the Inaugural Welsh Charity Awards which are organised by the The Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA). Storrar Cowdry would like to offer them a huge ‘Congratulations’.
The Neuro Therapy Centre provides practical support and therapies in north Wales to help manage the symptoms of a wide range of long-term degenerative neurological conditions including MS, Parkinson’s, MND and ME.
Louise Eccleston, Solicitor and Head of the Private Client Department at Storrar Cowdry who is also a trustee for the centre said that she was thrilled about the award which recognises the amazing work done by the centre to assist those diagnosed with long term neurological conditions.
Lorraine Dodd, Chair of Trustees said “I’m over the moon to see that, as a Board of Trustees, we have been nominated for our ‘exceptional leadership’. I’m proud that we pushed ourselves to help staff gain the Trusted Charity Mark award, because it ultimately means that the Centre’s services will be more effective and lead to better quality services for people with neurological conditions.”
