"Moving house can be a very stressful process. Your services and prompt communication ensured our house purchase was smooth and worry-free. Thank you!"
"Daniel Stear – very helpful and prompt in all communication. Thank you!"
"Mr Dan Stear has been absolutely wonderful. I cannot thank him enough for his patience, tenacity and support throughout an unnecessarily stressful sale."
"I just wanted to write quickly to say that Daniel was recommended to me and I have to say he's been brilliant!! I've bought a few houses over the last couple of years and so have a fair few conveyancers to compare him with. In particular I didn’t feel rushed or confused (yet we've exchanged really quickly), which has almost made the process pleasurable. "
"We wanted to say a huge thank you to you both for sorting all this bout for us so smoothly as you did, with as little stress as possible for us, which is very much appreciated. The sale of mum and dad’s bungalow and the closure of their Estate means we can now move forward with the next chapter of our lives. We would not hesitate to recommend both of you to anyone in similar situations. Thank you so much and very best wishes."
