What does 'remortgage' mean?
Remortage is where you take out a new mortgage on a property you already own. You can do this to replace an existing mortgage you have, or to borrow money against a property you already own outright without a mortage.
How much will it cost to remortgage?
For most remortgages we offer a competitive fixed fee for dealing with the matter. We have produced a fees guide to estimate the fees you will likely need to pay.
How long does it take to complete a remortgage?
Obviously every client’s individual circumstances are very different and we will be able to provide you with a more accurate idea of timescales once we know more about your situation; however as a rough guide it should take 4-8 weeks.
