Not necessarily. You would always be welcome to come and see us if you want to and we are conveniently situated in Chester City Centre however, most property sale and purchase transactions can be completed by telephone, email and post.
Why do you need to see my ID and my proof of funds?
Due to Money Laundering regulations, Solicitors have to verify the identity of their client to ensure they are who they say they are and that the money their client is using to purchase the property has come from a reputable source and is not the product of crime.
