Kate is Head of the Dispute Resolution Team at Storrar Cowdry. Kate qualified as a solicitor in 2008, having attended Liverpool John Moores University followed by the College of Law in Chester where she completed the Graduate Diploma in Law with commendation and Legal Practice Course with distinction. Kate originally worked in Mid Wales, in all areas of general practice, both contentious and non-contentious. In 2013 Kate specialised in the contentious aspects of law, now known as Dispute Resolution, working at a large firm in Liverpool, and joined Storrar Cowdry as Partner and Head of Department in 2020.
Kate is very experienced in resolving disputes and completed the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) course with the University of Law in 2025.
Kate offers advice and practical solutions on a wide range of legal issues. Wherever there is a potential conflict, she can assist by advising you of your legal position. Kate can suggest and help you implement solutions to save you money. Where a conflict has already arisen, Kate can offer advice and assistance both in and out of the court room, and will provide you with options and the most cost-efficient way to resolve that conflict.
