We are sad to announce the death of Denise Woodward, Consultant Solicitor, on 22nd April 2023.

Denise was a valued member of our Family Law Team and a hugely popular member of staff. Denise will be sorely missed by all her work colleagues and the legal fraternity in Chester and beyond.

Kate is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team at Storrar Cowdry.  She offers advice and practical solutions on a wide range of legal issues.

Wherever there is a potential conflict, she can assist by advising you of your legal position and suggests and implements solutions to help you avoid litigation and save you money.

Where a conflict has already arisen, she can offer advice and assistance both in and out of the court room.  She will provide you with options and the most cost efficient way to resolve that conflict.
