Louise Eccleston qualified as a Solicitor in 1993 and since then has advised clients in relation to their Wills, the administration of both straightforward and complex estates, complex Inheritance Tax planning and Court of Protection matters.
She has engaged in complex Inheritance Tax negotiations with H M Revenue & Customs, made applications to the Court of Protection for Statutory Wills or lifetime planning and advised those with business and agricultural property.
She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is currently both Vice Chair to the Cheshire Branch of STEP and a member of the board for STEP examinations for England & Wales via Essay route.
Louise is also a member of the Law Society Probate Section and sits as Trustee for the Neurotherapy Centre in Saltney, a local charity assisting those diagnosed with long term neurological conditions.
Louise has acted as Attorney/Deputy/Trustee for many years advising clients across Cheshire, Wirral, Shropshire and North Wales.
