We are sad to announce the death of Denise Woodward, Consultant Solicitor, on 22nd April 2023.

Denise was a valued member of our Family Law Team and a hugely popular member of staff. Denise will be sorely missed by all her work colleagues and the legal fraternity in Chester and beyond.

Will Newman is a solicitor specialising in commercial property with experience in a diverse nature of transactions.

Will has a degree in Art History from Oxford Brookes University and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.  Will qualified in 2020 and joined Storrar Cowdry in 2025.

Areas of work include:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales of high value
  • A range of lease work for both landlord and tenant across multiple sectors including retail, hospitality, industrial and airports
  • Assignments of large portfolios of leasehold property
