Charity Curry & Quiz Night

On Wednesday 22^nd October 2025, Janet Baines a Partner in our Family Department was delighted to host a Charity Curry & Quiz Night held by Cheshire Collaborative Law Group POD in memory of Denise Woodward.

Janet and Denise started the Cheshire Collaborative Law Group POD many years ago over which time it has grown substantially in numbers.  Janet took part in the Hospice of the Good Shepherd £50.00 Challenge using the initial investment from the Hospice to organise a Curry & Quiz Night which was held at Christleton Sports Club on Wednesday 22^nd October.

The event was a sell-out with members of the POD attending together with Accountants, St. Johns Buildings Chambers and Exchange Chambers together with Janet and Denise’s family and friends.

Janet was overwhelmed by local businesses generosity providing raffle prizes.

The night was a great success raising £2,446.10 for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd.
