Award-winning Chester restaurant and ‘independent foodie hub,’ The Chef’s Table, has acquired additional premises assisted by Storrar Cowdry’s commercial property team. Storrar Cowdry acted for owners Tom Hughes and Liam McKay, who have been inundated with bookings as the Chef’s Table’s reputation as one of the dining destinations of choice in Cheshire continues to thrive. It was ranked the top restaurant in the OpenTable 2015 ‘Top 50 Fit for Foodies’ restaurants in the UK, and last year was awarded third place in the country of Top 100 Best Restaurants 2014 with national restaurant guide OpenTable.
Head of Corporate and Commercial at Storrar Cowdry, said: “Our commercial property team acted for the owners when the first premises in Music Hall Passage were acquired, and the expansion into these additional premises shows just how successful the restaurant has become. Storrar Cowdry is once again delighted to support a successful local business.”
